Rockstar Games has opened pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI and detailed its line-up. The game comes in two editions: Standard at $79.99 and Ultimate at $99.99. There is no Special Edition and no Collector's Edition.
Both editions include the same base game. The Ultimate adds a collection of premium content woven into Jason and Lucia's story. As a pre-order, both editions include a shared bonus, the Vintage Vice City Pack, as long as you order before November 20, 2026.
In this article, we walk through what each edition includes, in screenshots, and where to pre-order.
The Standard Edition
The Standard Edition costs $79.99. It includes the base Grand Theft Auto VI game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, sold digitally or as a physical box containing a download code. It is the same single-player and online experience as the Ultimate, without the extra cosmetics and vehicles.
Pre-order the Standard before November 20, 2026 and you get the Vintage Vice City Pack, the bonus described below.
The Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition costs $99.99. It is sold digitally, or as a physical box containing a download code. It includes the base game and adds a collection of vehicles, weapons, apparel and exclusive shops spread across the story.
On the vehicle side, the Ultimate includes the '95 Grotti Cheetah, the Shitzu Squalo, the '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy and a retro build of the Vapid Ganado. For weapons, there are the Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers and exclusive weapon variants. The edition also unlocks members-only businesses: Sara's Unisex Salon, the Electric Fang tattoo shop, the Stock 305 and PTT stores, the Rideout Customs garage and vehicles for the safehouse.
The Vintage Vice City pre-order bonus
The Vintage Vice City Pack is the pre-order bonus shared by both editions. You need to pre-order, or buy the game, before November 20, 2026 to get it.
The pack includes the '55 Vapid Stanier and an Ocean Beach garage, vintage outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and retro-inspired weapon patterns.
Standard or Ultimate?
The Standard is enough if you want the game and the pre-order bonus. The Ultimate is for players who want all the exclusive vehicles, weapons and shops from launch. The gap is $20.
Where to pre-order
Both editions are up for pre-order at the Rockstar Store, the PlayStation Store and the Xbox Store, plus the usual retailers depending on your country. Official prices in euros and other currencies will be confirmed as regional pre-orders open.
Our pre-order page tracks prices by country and retailer. Out November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
