GTA 6 Collector's Edition price
Rockstar Games has not announced pricing yet. The GTA V Collector's Edition launched at $149.99 in 2013, and current-gen base games sit at $69.99. On that ladder we expect the GTA 6 Collector's Edition somewhere between $149.99 and $169.99 in the US, with European pricing typically 10 to 15 percent higher because of VAT and currency.
Where to pre-order the GTA 6 Collector's Edition
The GTA 6 Collector's Edition is a physical box that needs to ship. Expect Rockstar Games' own Warehouse store plus the usual mass-market chains and specialist gaming retailers to carry it. We update this list the moment a retailer goes live.

Why the GTA 6 Collector's Edition matters
Rockstar Games has only released a true Collector's Edition for two of its recent games: GTA V (2013) and Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018). Both are remembered as the gold standard of modern console Collector's Editions and both became hard to find at retail price soon after launch.
